We provide many options of payment for traffic control plans and make acception on a case by case basis when presented in advance. Additionally, for your convenience, at no extra cost to you provide secure payment through PayPal include credit card transactions.

We will make appropriate changes (at no extra cost to you) and resubmit to your office or direct to plan review in a timely manner for final approval.

* We will deal directly with transportation engineer review department when made possible and resubmit traffic control plan corrections (If any) within 24-36 hr.

1. Plans are preferably delivered by PDF extension that can be viewed and printed through acrobat document reader.
2. UPS or FED-X over night delivery, tracking number will be provided, and sign off is required (NO P.O. Box delivery only to an existing address) We are not responsible for third party delays.

• Everything is done over the phone & by email quickly.
• Download our quick order form and fill it out the best you can and fax-it or use our online contact form and we will get started on your plans quickly.
• We will review and respond back through e-mail or contact you or both same day.
• Quickest way to move forward is to provide all pages that show your work zone, areas where the traffic control plans would need to reflect by scanning into a PDF, TIFF or in JPEG to the following email.
• SCANING & SENDING PLANS BY EMAIL: You DO NOT need to be an expert to scan & send plans to us. Most Office Depot and or Office Max are conveniently located through out California. They will do this for a fraction of cost in minutes including sending by email (All you do is provide them the sheets to be scanned and our email) Additionally, some city engineer's will provide you PDF(Acrobat Reader version of plans) when asked to have them emailed.
• PLEASE NOTE: We only need the sheets relevant to traffic control plans but you can send a full set if you already have plans in one of the above extensions ready to go to the following email.

1. Fill-out our new credit vendor form, date, sign, and fax it to the number provided on the form.
2. We will need a couple days to review and process into our system.

* Note: Your order will not be scheduled until the new vendor form has been accepted or payment paypal in advance.

If you prefer to do business cash payment such as paypal, cashiers check, or credit card the following will apply; Upon acceptance of your project- you will be required to pay either 35-50-100% in-order to schedule and commence on the plans. Additionally, you will be required to make payment for the full 100% balance due upon preliminary city plan approval and before we ship the original hard copies to you or upon our discretion within 15 days of delivery (Unless agreed to other terms in advance)
